Super tough conditions and high waves on the swim. Impossible to see the buoys, just hoping to be swimming in the right direction...

Windy conditions all day and HOT on the run ☀️☀️ 

I think it was a PB on the bike and run, and also a PB on the finishtime (unofficial 4:19:10) 

Sub 4:20 ✅

Had a great day and enjoyed it ✅
